Ayacucho is a nice town , laying 2800 m. high , in the Andes mountain range. This village isn’t yet discovered by large amounts of tourists and has still some of it’s original charm left. Casa hogar ‘Los Gorriones’ opened its doors on 5 March 2002, and is located in Vista Alegra, District Carmen Alto in Ayacucho-Perú. It shelters twenty children and by doing so, it wants to give them a loving home. Responsibility is taught to the children, while they live with others in a family-like environment.
