There are many Spanish Schools in Cusco. They use the need to learn Spanish from volunteers and travellers on one side and the cheap local labour on the other side to earn their money.
FairPlay is different !
FairPlay is an NGO that enables local people to find their own clients without paying money to intermediates. FairPlay directs itself toward poor families and single mothers. Through FairPlay you communicate directly with
Spanish teachers, Peruvian families for
home stays and
local NGO's and you will pay them directly.
FairPlay
educates these people and families,
provides them with support for their basic needs,
ensures quality and
helps volunteers during their stay in Cusco. For these services we ask you for a donation so that Fairplay can continue it's good work.
The
mission statement of FairPlay is to create work opportunities for families and single mothers, providing them with the chance to improve their futures and supporting them in their independent professions. Through this project, children, mothers and families will not become dependent on support from others but will learn to support themselves, improving their standard of living and sense of value .
