BONANZA TOURS is a Tour Operator who wants to make real your dreams to experience nature. We are the only company in Cusco offering camping and trekking expeditions deep into the jungle, our expeditions bring you close to the restricted Biological Research Zone of the park. We offer full adventure, fishing, trekking, climbing trees, information on medicinal plants and survival training.
The Manager of Bonanza Tours founded this agency with a clear objective; to give you a real jungle experience, something different from all the other trips in Manu, something authentic. To achieve this all our trips we camp using tents and hammocks so that you are close to nature.
Our primary objective is the conservation and preservation of this planets ecosystem. We want to teach people from all around the world, and the local people of Manu, the importance of respecting and preserving this beautiful environment (the lungs of the earth). Through the tours we hope to extend the growing awareness of the importance of our rainforest and how important it is to life on earth.
We have professional bilingual guides from Manu, as well as local guides working as tour assistants who also participate in the expeditions, professional cooks and very experienced boat and bus drivers. All our staff are aware of the importance of our objectives.
Our trip consists of a private overland bus which takes us through the Sacred Valley, over the Andes and into the Cloud and Rain Forests. We travel by comfortable motorised boat along the Alto Madre de Dios and the Madre de Dios Rivers.
We run our expeditions in private areas and pristine jungle in the Bonanza Ecological Reserve and Cultural Zone of Manu National Park. Our expeditions are extremely flexible, and can be adapted according to the wishes of the client. Our trips range from 3 to 8 days, but can be extended if required. We also offer the option of returning to Cusco by plane.
Safety is of the up most importance to us, we are specialists and professionals in jungle expeditions and our other tours |
